Meet Gary Anderson

Over Five Decades Behind the Microphone

For Gary Anderson, radio isn’t just a profession. It’s been a lifelong passion dating back to 1970.

Gary began his broadcasting career in the Pacific Northwest, learning the business during an era when radio was truly king. From spinning records and operating traditional broadcast equipment to stepping behind the microphone as a talk radio host, Gary developed a deep appreciation for the art of broadcasting.

Throughout his career, Gary worked at several radio stations, including KVAC in Hoquiam, KJRB in Spokane, KOHI in St. Helens, and KVI in Seattle. His experience spans multiple radio formats, but his true passion has always been talk radio and connecting with listeners.

A longtime friend of legendary late-night broadcaster Art Bell, Gary was encouraged by Art to return to broadcasting over the internet in 2017. That encouragement helped inspire what eventually became Night Dreams Talk Radio and, later, Forbidden Realms Late Night Show with Gary.

Today, Gary brings more than five decades of broadcasting experience to conversations exploring UFOs, extraterrestrial encounters, Bigfoot, the paranormal, unexplained mysteries, and the extraordinary stories that challenge our understanding of the world.

His guests have included respected researchers, authors, scientists, entertainers, and individuals with remarkable firsthand experiences.

Gary’s interviewing philosophy is simple: Let the guests tell their stories, ask the questions listeners really want answered, and never be afraid to explore the unknown.

Now reaching audiences through online streaming, radio stations, listening apps, and YouTube, Gary continues doing what he loves most — bringing compelling conversations to listeners around the world.
